On the concert day, students will be required to be at the venue at 8.45am in preparation for the performance. Tiny Tots are required to be there at 9.15am

Dress Rehearsal: 16th Feb 2021 4.30pm

Photo Day: 21st Feb 2021 10.00am

Students will be required to wear the hairstyle set out by the studio and will also be required to have the correct footwear, underwear and stockings. Make-up is not compulsory but is encouraged as the stage lights will extremely dull facial features.

AT Dance will hold a dress rehearsal at the theatre and photo day at the Highett studio. Students will be required to be dressed as they would be for the concert, including neat hair and clean tights and shoes.

The studio will have photos taken – Parents/Guardians are not under any obligation to purchase any; however, students will be required to attend for the group shots – which may be used for advertising.

Parents/Guardians should be aware that a professional video will be taken of the concert – Parents/Guardians are not under any obligation to purchase this – this video may be used for promotions of AT Dance. Due to copyright laws we are unable to permit people to use their own video cameras during the concert.

Photography is NOT permitted during the concert.

If students are not at the theatre by the required time and do not have the required items (E.G. hair or shoes) they will not be permitted to perform in the concert.

Any costumes damaged by students (not while performing or rehearsing in them) will need to be paid for.

Pulling out of the concert performance after submitting this form will incur a cancellation fee (to be determined by the amount of classes and costumes taken).

We are waiving the 2020 Concert Fee this year for all students to say thank you to the students and their families.
