Sessions: approx. morning - 10.15am, afternoon - 2.30pm
(Students required at 9.30am sharp)

On the concert day, students will be required to be at the venue 45 minutes prior to the start of the show in preparation for the performance.

Photo Day: Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 November 2025 (timetable TBA)

Dress Rehearsal: Friday 5 December 2025 (Time TBA approximately 4pm, will be after school, in afternoon/evening)

By completing the form below, you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page. The time for the concert will be announce when we work out how many concerts we will need to hold.

Please note: All students will be required to partake in both the morning and afternoon concerts as well as the Photo Day and Dress Rehearsal (Tiny Tots will only be required for the afternoon session but an email will be going out to parents to discuss options).

If the second session is to start at 2.30pm, the estimated time of finish will be 5pm.

This form must be submitted by Saturday 13 September 2025 to be able to partake in the concert.

A small fee is required to allow each student to participate in the concert. It covers things such as insurance, licensing, videography of the concert and part of the theatre needed in order to hold this event. After receiving the form, we will send you an invoice. If we do not receive the completed form and fee, the student will not be permitted to dance in the concert. Fee structure this year will be $16 for all students participating, plus $6 for each item they dance in (capped at 3 items for a maximum of $34) to cover costumes.

All participants in the concert will receive a link to download the concert footage once it is available. This video may be used for promotions of AT Dance.

Students will be required to wear the hairstyle set out by the studio and will also be required to have the correct footwear, underwear and stockings. Stage lights will significantly dull facial features so make-up is highly encouraged. We will send out a document with helpful concert information in term 4.

AT Dance will hold a compulsory dress rehearsal at the theatre and photo day at our Cheltenham studio. Students will be required to be dressed as they would be for the concert, including neat hair and clean tights and shoes. If you are participating in the concert, you are required to be at both the rehearsal and photo day.

Photography and videography is NOT permitted during the concert. Due to copyright laws we are unable to permit people to use their own cameras during the concert.

Photos will be taken on photo day in the lead up to the concert. Students are required attend photo day for at least their group shots – which may be used for advertising. Single/individual photos (different to soloists) will be taken on an opt-in basis. A ‘one-photo’ deposit will be required if this option is chosen (will be deducted from final purchase price).

If students are not at the theatre by the required time and do not have the required items (E.G. hair ready or correct shoes) they will not be permitted to perform in the concert.

Costumes will be supplied by AT Dance. AT Dance will not provide under garments, tights or shoes. Any costumes damaged by students (not while performing or rehearsing on stage but includes mishandling backstage) will need to be paid for.

Pulling out of the concert performance after submitting this form will incur a cancellation fee (to be determined by the amount of classes the student takes and costumes that have been purchased/created).
