Our amazing admin staff have been working very hard on a very exciting Assistant Teachers Course. This course is designed for students here at AT Dance to learn the ins and outs of dance teaching. Students partaking in this program will be assisting younger classes alongside one of our amazing teachers. They will be able to learn what it takes to be a dance teacher and develop many other skills along the way.
Students must be aged 12 or over and approval will be granted by the owner of the school. This program will last approximately 2-3 years, and to be eligible, students must be completing a minimum of one hour of their own dance classes per week, as well as assistant teaching for one hour per week.
This course is a great way for students to get experienced in the world of dance teaching and also may provide excellent reference for future teaching opportunities.
